Manufacturing Bamboo Houses

Poles are sorted, straightened, cleaned and sanded. Graded by lenght. Straightened or curved over fire. Pole knobs are chipped off, then sanded.

 

Higest Quality enviromentally sustainable borate treated bamboo poles. Vacuum pressure treatment uses ecologically friendly borates as a preservative, making poles resistant to beetles and termites.

 

Panels Assembly Process: bamboo poles for roof and wall frames are assembled, sanded, cleaned, and coated with preservatives. Steel connectors are inserted inside structural joints for hurricane and earthquake standards.

 

 Each house is custom made to order and assembled at the factory following the Quality Control Manual for Engineered Bamboo Homes.

 

 Basic house package includes wall panels with exterior bamboo siding and interior woven bamboo finish. Roof panels overlaid with borate treated plywood.

 

Each house is dissassembled, packed in a container and shipped to any place in the world, where a quailified crew assembles the house on site.

 

After home order is placed, building it in Vietnam and shipping to the site may take four months or longer. For building permits we provide blueprints signed by an architect and engineer. The owner build the platform, hiring licensed contractors, or doing it themselves. The bamboo house is assembled and weatherproof in 3 to 10 days. The owner installs the roof, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, insulation, flooring...
